Tournament this Saturday. Come support the team!! Starts at 11am. If you want to compete (which I encourage you to do), weigh-ins are Friday night (you can register then), 5-8pm. Muay Thai/Boxing now 6:30pm instead of 6:15pm Muay Thai on Wed is now a sparring class and is from 7-8pm (no more Muay Thai Sparring on Sundays) BJJ Foundation now at 7:30pm instead of 7:15pm BJJ Takedowns on Weds now all levels and is from 8pm-10pm
That’s right, we now have 7am-8:30am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Come out and get your training going in the early morn!
There is a new class on Sundays and open mat has moved around. Please check the schedule page. Also, Giva Santana will be teaching his first class at Robot next Sunday, March 14th at 12:30pm (Tim is teaching this Sunday, March 7th) If you plan on competing, it is very important to come to the Sunday class!!
Robot will be closed on the following days, otherwise the schedule will continue as normal: Dec 24th, 25th and 27th Robot is closed for XMas. Dec 31st, 1st and 3rd Robot is closed for New Years. Hope to see everyone out as much as possible when we are open during the holidays!
