Martial Arts & Fitness Offered:
BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU CLASSES
BJJ Intro: This is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class for people just beginning BJJ.
BJJ Elite: This is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for intermediate to advanced practicioners. You must pass through beginners class if you are just starting. The Elite program is invite only.
BJJ Fight Team: Must apply.
BJJ Open Mat: Open mat is for BJJ Elite and BJJ Fight Team Members only.
Kids BJJ: Kids BJJ is for children 6-10 years of age. Kids class emphasizes fitness, technique, balance and discipline through drills, games and other engaging activities. There is some light sparring closely supervised by the instructors.
Teens BJJ: Teens BJJ is for ages 11-14 and run more like an adult class with conditioning, technique, drilling and sparring.
MUAY THAI CLASSES
Thai Intro: This is a Muay Thai class for people just beginning Muy Thai.
Thai Elite: This is a Muay Tai class for intermediate to advanced practicioners. You must pass through beginners class if you are just starting. The Elite program is invite only.
Thai Fight Team: Must apply.
Thai Open Mat: Open mat is for Thai Elite and Thai Fight Team Members only.
MMA BOOTCAMP CLASSES
Strength & Conditioning Class: Uses kettlebells and TRX for elite strength training and cutting edge equipment for metabolic work. These are systems that are used by professional athletes and others looking to get in top physical and cardiovascular shape. Suffice it to say, this class will whip you into shape!
Women’s MMA Boot Camp: This morning class will blast you into shape with cutting edge exercises designed to burn maximum calories, build core strength & keep you focused and excited to meet your goals- train like the professionals train!
Women’s Kickboxing & Conditioning: Learn boxing for self-defense that is integrated with exercise for weight loss and body firming and strength conditioning.
Yoga: Our yoga classes emphasize flexibility and recovery in order for our members to keep their bodies balanced with the heavy exercise provided in our other classes.
