Muay Thai/Boxing now 6:30pm instead of 6:15pm
Muay Thai on Wed is now a sparring class and is from 7-8pm (no more Muay Thai Sparring on Sundays)
BJJ Foundation now at 7:30pm instead of 7:15pm
BJJ Takedowns on Weds now all levels and is from 8pm-10pm
